I bring the value of hard work, training, and dedication to the team. I bring an encouraging presence, helping players to perform well. I also instill ambition in my players to push for the championship.

What is your favorite aspect of volleyball?

Team work. Watching the team come together and perform as a unit.

What does it mean to you to be coaching the Meralco Power Spikers?

It’s very meaningful for me because, I get a chance to share my skills and experience to the players. And being the coach, I focus on being a good leader to the team, while giving some new ideas on how to play volleyball.

What are your expectations for the team?

We’re looking forward to all the challenges. It’s important that we never stop learning in the game of volleyball. The Meralco Power Spikers has great potential. We’ve had a great start this season. I can see that as long as we continue to train together and move the program forward, posibleng makuha namin ang championship in the future.
